Hello, I am Dr. Donald P. Orso
I’m a licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in a wide variety of mental health issues. If you searched “therapy near me” I hope you are encouraged by what you find here. I know life events often feel overwhelming, but there is no need to face them alone.
Through counseling, I help clients navigate life’s challenges toward a more positive and less stressful lifestyle. As a licensed therapist, my goal is twofold: resolving personal conflicts and empowering you to become independent by “firing me” as soon as possible.
I specialize in offering highly professional, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapy that addresses a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, and conflict resolution.
“My practice provides a safe, confidential setting for both in-person therapy or virtual counseling sessions.”
— Dr. Donald P. Orso
What to Expect
During counseling, I become actively involved in your healing process by offering feedback, suggestions, and sometimes assignments between sessions - such as journaling or recommended readings - to help you explore issues more deeply and enhance the overall therapy process.
Why Choose Dr. Orso
With over 35 years of experience as a licensed Clinical Psychologist and a proud history of serving as a United States Naval Officer, I’m committed to providing quality mental health care for individuals and couples.
No matter why you are seeking therapy, I’m here to support you.
